Our local tack stores will sometimes carry bright neon halters...but not all the time...there is a company that does horse blankets and halters and stuff in many colors..BMB I think is the name of it. If I come across any sites I'll be sure to send them your way.

Get a BMB catalog. They carry every color and trim color seeable by the human eyes.

most tack stores carry bright colours anyways, even if they aren't neon. we have a few of those halters but i don't know where we got them.

Yeh just check around. Lots of tack stores are getting more colours in. I'm happy just sticking with plain 'ol colours like blue, green and red.
